We are actively seeking a skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate endeavors in domains such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
Primary Objective:
The Information Technology Specialist is accountable for aiding the IT Department in all dimensions of technology pertaining to daily operations. The responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, user assistance, computer setup, maintenance and service, audiovisual support, telecommunications, facilitating network and infrastructure upkeep, and addressing all other technological requirements, both within the office premises and at off-site locations.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee local technology to enhance dependability, security, interoperability, and efficacy of client work, while concurrently minimizing costs, both in the office and at remote locations.
• Contribute to the preparation and deployment of PC desktops and laptops for staff members, including configuration.
• Coordinate IT onboarding for new personnel, offering guidance on device and system utilization.
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange and/or Office365-related tasks, such as resolving mailbox issues, inspecting and updating distribution lists, managing room resources, and handling shared mailboxes.
• Log, monitor, and document the help desk inquiry resolution process, encompassing all fruitful and unsuccessful decisions made, as well as actions undertaken until the ultimate resolution.
• Execute post-resolution follow-ups in response to help requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency with SonicWall is mandatory.
• Expertise in VOIP is required.
• Experience with Ubiquiti Networks is essential.
• Familiarity with Active Directory is necessary.
• Competence in Power Automate is a prerequisite.
• Ubuntu experience is preferred, though not obligatory.
• HTML/CSS and WordPress knowledge is advantageous, but not compulsory.
• MDM (Mobile Device Management) experience is desired, but not essential.
• Provide daily support to end-users.
