Primary Duties: Find houses that qualify for solar and schedule them for a free information session with a solar professional that offers them the opportunity to go solar, saving the homeowner money, and expands the reach of clean energy, at no-cost to them
Entry Level Sales Compensation:
Industry-leading commission structure
First year on target earnings $80,000. Top performers make $250,000+

Entry Level Sales Rep Responsibilities:
Master lead generation first hand as you hone your selling and communication skills
Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Qualify prospective customers for residential solar solutions
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be self-driven & highly motivated
Strong work ethic a must
