It's my pleasure to meet you all. My name is Dr. Neal Schwartz and I am the Chief Medical Officer at a large Federally Qualified Health Clinic in Los Angeles seeking a cofounding partner for a wild new blockchain project. (finance project, something new)
About Me:
I have been problem solving and innovating medical ideas for 20 years with over 13M in revenue generated (and spent :) while transforming souls, 6M of that was online though a cutting edge partially automated telemed practice in 2006 before the word telemedicine existed.
I am exclusively moved by the Quan from Jerry McGuire and as a medical innovator, I’ve had the luck to land on it many times. (the love, community, respect, and the dollar)
I am ONLY interested in projects that disrupt the norm, work from first principles with originality, and are elegant, efficient, and simplistic. (Frankly, I've seen the circle of life and I'm simply in it for the rush... :)
Most importantly these days, my projects all must have what I call an artist's integrity that ethically leads a dwindling society, teaching accountability, transparency, truth seeking, and thoughtfulness by example, all while making hungry amounts of profit.
The Project:
A New type of Token offering. The impact on the consumer will be massive and if I can get the prototype to work with a creative developer, I believe the upside has an unimaginable ceiling.
The technicals of this project probably rival the complexity of say a baby doge coin. I believe there is a quick technical through line to prove my concept. (even a simple moving prototype might be enough to get us both to the next level)
I am willing to make any creative deal with the right cofounding partner. Full salary, Partial Salary with equity, Half salary/half equity, More equity/less salary, Divided Equity/no salary.
(all are possible, I'm looking for a killer human being whose purpose in life is to be CHALLENGED by a puzzle, to have a divine Ah-Ha moment, and then hopefully to monetize the intellectual victory)
I'm clear on what I need to make this happen:
1) Must be in Los Angeles and willing to come to the beachfront office at least a couple days a week. (see office photo)
2) Must have blockchain specific backend experience and know how. (the complexity level of baby doge coin, staking reward experience, blockchain minting, etc. (I will consider a backend developer dabbling in blockchain for the first time if the passion and personality is extraordinary but in that case, I can't pay for the learning curve portion of the journey)
3) Must have a palpable level of ethical consciousness, self awareness, communication skill, comedic levity, humility, and optimistic desire for a better world. Any sign of low EQ or disconnected low accountability will be noticed immediately. We're on the high level over here, the Artist's Integrity zone, of course with levity, silliness.
(i.e. we're not taking ourselves that seriously, but our word has impeccable meaning to others)
4) Must love dogs. I have two 3lb Pomeranians. :)
