MetaBIM is building the future of Smart Campus. This is an opportunity to join an exciting company here in Santa Cruz County, to make a difference for important clients, and to be compensated fairly for hard work, skills and contributions to MetaBIM's growth.

We develop and support an enterprise Smart Campus database platform called FacilitiesLink, used by a number of large organizations in California to support planning, facilities management and business operations. We're presently the leading vendor in California in our market segment and we’re on a timeline to expand FacilitiesLink nationwide.

We have an opening on our Operations Team for a smart, skilled, energetic and results-driven professional. Operations provides support for MetaBIM's existing clients, fielding client inquiries and communications, completing client technical projects and providing training and program support.

The work in Operations is technical, so an aptitude and skills in computing and database work is essential. Strong communication skills are required, including written, verbal, presentations, graphics and social media. A background in facilities, planning, real estate, construction or environmental sustainability is beneficial.
