The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a growing firm with offices in the San Fernando Valley, Riverside and Palm Desert. We are looking for a workers' compensation paralegal/secretary to help assist in our Encino Office.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience handling workers' compensation files.
Duties/Responsibilities
Client communication via phone, text, and email
Scheduling medical appointments for clients
Communicating case status to clients
Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents
Qualifications
1+ year of experience working specifically with Workers Comp Files.
High Attention detail
Organized
Friendly and professional and flexible (working in a fast paced environment)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED!
