Workers Compensation Applicant firm seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney for well established and well regarded law office located in Santa Ana.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized attorney with 3+ years Workers Comp experience with the ability to manage, review and advance a caseload of approximately 200 files with minimal supervision. You will work along side a team that includes an experienced case manager as well as a legal assistant. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting depositions, status conferences, MSC's, expedited hearings, lien conferences and trials.
Strong communication, verbal and written skills are essential as we pride ourselves on the superior customer service that we provide to our clients.
We are a paperless office with up to date cloud based technology and will offer a hybrid-remote format to the right candidate (waiting period applies).
