Westside law firm seeks a temp to hire (40 hours/week) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for an on-site (in office five days a week) position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet clients and others visitors of the Firm.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals.
• Maintain safety and security protocols including working with building security, as appropriate.
• Manage conference room calendar and reservations.
• Fax and scan documents upon request from assistants and attorneys.
• Maintain reception area.
• Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and common areas (i.e. kitchen/break
room).
• Light kitchen duty including brewing coffee, loading and unloading dishwashers,
wiping down counters and refrigerators, stocking kitchen supplies and other
miscellaneous duties.
• Serve as liaison between building management and Firm management.
• Process and deliver mail per the Firm’s policy for incoming/outgoing mail.
Order and coordinate breakfast or lunch for office and weekly department
meetings.
• Assist in set-up and clean-up of internal events.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Minimum 2 years of reception experience.
• High School Diploma
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move 35 lbs.
