R.E. TRANSACTION SPECIALIST
North-West Orange County
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, Real Estate Council to join our Team, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience.
Must be able to handle Real Estate Purchase transactions from inception through completion.
Strong writing skills and work ethic are necessary.
Position includes drafting and revising of various legal documents including, but not limited to, Contracts, Leases, Buy-Sell Agreements, Estoppels, Daily Correspondence and Maintaining of Escrow Calendars for Due Diligence.
This opportunity is on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, your choice.
