Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law firm seeking an experienced Bi-lingual (English to Spanish) Litigation Paralegal/Secretary to become a part of our team in our Orange County office. The right candidate must have knowledge of all aspects of the litigation process and be able to provide assistance during all phases, such as filing court documents (mainly state, but some Federal cases do occur), preparing and propounding discovery responses and requests, calendaring all case deadlines and hearings, communicating with clients, and conducting intake interviews.
The firm is seeking someone with 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal/secretary in personal injury matters (defense or plaintiff’s side). We are a paperless firm, so experience in e-filing, electronic document and case management is a plus, but training on our system will be provided. Experience in litigated Nevada cases is also a plus.
This is a full-time position – Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We offer an excellent benefits package including Employer paid health and life insurance plan, dental and vision available for a nominal fee, earned accrual of 15 paid time off days a year, 8 paid holidays a year, and a 401(k)/Profit sharing retirement plan (waiting period applies).

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
