Younessi Law is in need of a full-time experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager for immediate hire who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to;
-Client Introduction
-Scheduling medical appointments
-Medical records request
-Requesting police reports
-Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution
-Resolving PD and loss of use
-Preparing files for demand
-Negotiate
-Medical bill reductions and negotiations
The following qualifications are A MUST:
-At least 1 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE w/Personal Injury Claims
-Ability to handle Personal Injury Pre-Litigation cases
-SPANISH IS A MUST
-Type at least 50 words per minute
