Beverly Hills based Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager for a full-time position. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can efficiently handle all aspects of personal injury claims, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and introducing clients
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Requesting and organizing medical records
- Obtaining police reports
- Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution
- Resolving property damage and loss of use claims
- Preparing files for demand
- Negotiating settlements
- Managing medical bill reductions and negotiations
To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are a must:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience with personal injury claims
- Ability to handle personal injury pre-litigation cases
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
- Proficient typing skills of at least 50 words per minute
