Personal injury law firm seeks a Case Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self-starter, detail oriented and a people person. One year of experience working in a personal injury firm in some capacity is preferred. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is preferred. We are looking for someone for the long-term who wants to grow their legal career with us. This is an in-office position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities include:
-Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time.
-Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation.
-Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures.
-Collecting medical records and bills.
-Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments.
-Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information.
-Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.
Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience.
