Qualifications
• JD and active bar membership in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials (top law school preferred or strong GPA)
• Minimum 1+ years of general business litigation experience
• Knowledge of technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive; can-do approach; takes ownership of situations
• Problem-solving ability
• Team player and collaborative
• High motivation, persuasion skills, and outgoing personality
• Proficient in MS Office, timekeeping, document management software, e-filings, and FileVine is a plus
