We are a client-oriented law firm that believes in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and co-workers.
We are seeking to hire an associate attorney with at least 1-year of litigation experience preferably in personal injury. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multi-task and be motivated, organized and a self-starter.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; conducting oral arguments before the court, negotiating cases and communicating with clients.
Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of the litigation process and their attendant rules, procedures, and protocols. Candidates must demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving and analytical skills and have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments.
This is a full-time position available immediately.
