Civil/Business Litigation Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to handle civil, business, and personal injury related issues and litigation. A candidate with strong experience in civil law and motion is preferred. Also personal injury experience from both defense and plaintiff side and strong research, writing, negotiating law experience. Must have excellent research and writing skills and have experience in complaints, discovery, motions, pretrial work; and some trial experience preferred but not required.
