Scripps Ranch law firm seeks a part-time paralegal for drafting pleadings and office administration. The candidate must be very well organized and professional.
The candidate must have sufficient experience drafting and filing complaints and pleadings in federal court and anticipate discovery and other filing deadlines.
Computer proficiency is definitely an important part of this job. We file using CM/ECF and other electronic programs.
