Janssen Malloy LLP is looking for a part time office manager to work with us in our busy law practice in downtown Eureka. Our ideal candidate will have experience in human resources and excellent people and organizational skills. Job duties include HR management, coordinating staff schedules, onboarding new team members, coordinating with our firm accountant, and working with vendors. Applicants must be proficient with the Microsoft office suite. This is a part time, in-person position. Work schedule is flexible to meet your needs. Hourly pay range, depending on experience, of $25 - $45 per hour.
