Miller, Monson, Peshel, Polacek, & Hoshaw, a Partnership of Professional Law Corporations (MMPPH) has a paralegal retiring and therefore looking to fill position for a full-time paralegal with knowledgeable experience in drafting estate plans including revocable and irrevocable trusts with ancillary documents. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in complex estate planning
-Proficient in trust administration, probate and corporate law (a plus)
-College degree and Paralegal certificate
-Notary license (a plus)
-Experience with calendaring, legal research, and electronic filing
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Clio and Outlook
-Ability and willingness to work with both physical files and electronic documents
-Excellent organization, attention to details, and attentive to deadlines
-Able to independently prioritize workload and manage workflow effectively
-Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys and ability to work well within a team
-Client service oriented with responsive interpersonal and communication skills
