Full-Time or Part-Time Paralegal or Legal Assistant-Business/Civil Litigation.
Paralegal certificate a plus.
Great working environment.
Requirements: Full-Time and Part-Time positions are minimum 4 years experience in Business/Civil Litigation with Family Law a plus.
Successful candidate will have:
Knowledge of Trial Calendaring, State and Federal court rules and procedures, filing requirements, and e-filings;
Experience in formatting requirements and guidelines for filings, pleadings, and requirements for applicable courts;
Ability to multi-task and switch priorities and meet deadlines and follow-up with clients, vendors, courts and opposing counsel;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, attorneys and staff.
A Part-Time position would be 20 hours per week with 4 days at the office.
Salary commensurate with experience.
