Small San Diego Law Firm is seeking an Office Administrator / Legal Secretary to assist Attorneys in Civil, Federal Criminal and Immigration cases. Applicants must have a high school degree (or GED) and have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an office setting. MUST be tech savvy. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing case files (paper and electronic), arranging attorney client meetings, answering phones, reviewing discovery as well as occasionally communicating with client’s family members via phone or email to keep them up to date with the case. Ability to speak Spanish is necessary - any other foreign language a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Tech savvy
- General office administrative experience required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management, efficient, trustworthy and reliable.
- Self Motivated
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to speak Spanish necessary
- Any other Foreign Language a plus
- Bookkeeping and accounting experience and plus
- Processing state claim vouchers a plus
- Experience with Clio a plus
- Experience with One Legal and/or E-filing and calendaring deadlines a plus

- $22 per hour/ Competitive
