Description

Mail/file clerk needed for a Workers' Compensation Defense Law Firm. Candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, organized, reliable, punctual, and computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). Candidate must type at least 70 wpm.

Position involves:

-High volume document scanning and coding (knowledge of Workers' Compensation documents preferred, but not required).
-Sorting incoming Company mail for daily distribution.
-Preparing all outgoing mail; familiarity with mail machines preferred, but not required.
-Preparing UPS/FedEx packages for shipment.
-Opening/Closing files in case management software.
-E-Filing (EAMS).
-Answering telephones.
