Elder Law Services of California is looking for an associate attorney to join our Firm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-The attorney will be in charge of reviewing and drafting Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA documents, and more.
-Managing client files and records.
-Preparing legal document and other forms of communication between attorney and client.
-Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
-Must have experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate.
-5 years experience preferred but not mandatory.
-Ability to build rapport with clients.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Attention to detail.
-The ability to work independently when needed.
-The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-TEAM PLAYER - the ability to work well with others as well as under pressure in a stressful environment.
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
