I’m looking for the civil lawyer
who would take tis case
I have been renting and sign contracts for 5 yrs for renting a commercial business building to open my clean skincare business in july 2020
I have been calling and email fresno planning and zoning trying to get my license to open
But what I found out is that supervisor planning n zoning can not approved me to get license due to my landlord didn’t have permits to build 2 structures of kitchen and a big garage carport in back
I have informed my landlord and they say they have someone in there will clear it for me
It’s been 3 yrs n 4 month now
And I have ask my landlord please help n keep me updated on if any changes
But no answer and they didn’t go see planning n zoning yo clear it for me
So I finally give up and now
just paying rent
I really need help
Can anyone lawyer help me get my money back and get me out of tis contract please
