Civil litigation firm specializing in Automotive Warranty defense litigation, business litigation, and personal injury is offering a Legal Receptionist Position. The right person will be a fast learner, a self-starter, and have excellent organization and communications skills. Our firm prides itself on a collaborative team environment where we care about the work that we do and always deliver for our clients. Our clients include major automotive manufacturers.
Any of the following are a plus (but are not requirements) for a candidate:
• Experience of at least 1 year working as a receptionist
• Able to speak a second language (preferably Spanish)
Knowledge of Microsoft (outlook, word, excel, etc.) is absolutely required. Good written and communication skills are also required (we have very high-end clients).
Job Duties include:
- Answer and transferring phone calls
- Calendaring
- Filing
- Scanning in mail and saving them in our system
- Stocking snacks and Water for the office
- Light Cleaning
- Help attorney’s and other Staff as needed
This is a full time position and the individual hired will need to be at office Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm (cannot be done remote/remote position not offered).

Base pay depends on experience, but generally will start at $18hr and up to $23hr DOE and qualifications.
