Whitemore James Black is presently assisting our law firm client on their search for a contract Land Use Litigation Attorney. This role is available immediately. Candidates may work remotely, but must have an active CA license for htis role.

This role is open ended in duration and is paying up to $100+ hourly DOE. The firm expects to have 40 hours per week of work available.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of prior experience in Land Use Litigation and CEQA. Litigation experience is a strict requirement for this role.
