Job Description:
As an Intake Admin Assistant/Marketer, you will play a crucial role in our firm's success by assisting with the intake process and contributing to our marketing efforts. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand their legal rights and ensuring their information is accurately gathered. Additionally, you will support the marketing team in implementing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant information
Explain legal processes, rights, and responsibilities to potential clients
Input and maintain accurate client information in our case management system
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys
Follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are addressed
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and online content
Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Monitor and update the firm's social media platforms
Attend networking events and conferences to promote the firm's services
Requirements:
Proven experience in the personal injury legal services industry, preferably in an intake or administrative role
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure
Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
