Five Star Hotel & Real Estate Development owner seeks an In-House General Counsel for immediate hire.
This lawyer will have at least 8+ years experience in Real Estate, Leasing, perhaps Finance.
The office is a small office environment with 15 others, though the company itself has over 500 employees.
This Attorney will be negotiating terms of leases, real estate loans, contracts (including hotel management contracts), reeal estate deals, as well as drafting and/or reviewing documentation of the same.
This is a family office with interest in hotels, offices, retail, self-storage and other asset sectors.
Not a Remote job. Monday-Friday in office 9 am-5 pm. Not much overtime.
