Busy family law firm in Irvine is seeking a Paralegal to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate will work well with others, be tech-savvy and have experience with form preparation from start to completion in the following: divorce, paternity cases, requests for domestic violence restraining orders, requests for orders, ex parte requests, responses, declarations, trial briefs, motions and other related pleadings, This position also involves answering the phones, filing, ordering office supplies, sending out correspondence and making copies.
Minimum Qualifications: Paralegal certificate, and a minimum of one year of family law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney who has been an active member of the State Bar of California for at least the preceding three years; experience with CLIO is a plus: Compensation is competitive DOE.
