We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to help us as we grow our practice. Some of the responsibilities will include the following:
Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
Prepare and draft legal documents and petitions on behalf of clients.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in immigration law
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven, self-starter, and zealous advocate
Maintain composure under pressure
Strong research and writing skills
