Our law firm is seeking either a lawyer or paralegal with at least 5 years of experience preparing I-526 petitions, source of funds documentation, and legal briefs with respect to source of funds. The lawyer/paralegal would be required to work with the client directly via phone calls and email correspondence under minimal supervision. A lawyer from our firm would be the attorney of record and would sign off on the I-526. This is a freelance/contract position where our firm would pay the lawyer/paralegal $3,000 per case.
