Criminal defense firm seeks an associate attorney to join our team. Candidate must have an interest in criminal law, must be dependable, outgoing, friendly, aggressive, reliable, and savvy attorney with criminal defense. This attorney should have experience handling heavy misdemeanor matters; client contact, strong law and motion experience is preferred. This attorney should be a self-starter, passionate about criminal law and fighting for his/her clients.
This position offers the successful attorney candidate the opportunity to work for an established firm, with career growth and an autonomous work schedule. They must also be familiar with DUI and vehicle-related crimes (including DMV APS Hearings); Ability to self-structure and independently manage their cases from the onset though completion; Poised, polished, and professional in appearance, courtroom demeanor, and work product;
