The ideal candidate will perform duties related to litigation matters.
Some of the responsibilities will include: Analyze legal documents; gather relevant information from involved parties; perform analysis of evidence and develop case theories; perform legal research; prepare Motions; draft discovery requests; respond to discovery; interpret legal documents for clients; gather evidence to help negotiate settlements; conduct depositions; court appearances.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Applicant MUST be licensed to practice in California.
