Sherman Oaks law firm is seeking a full time bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist who will also manage basic day to day office administrative tasks. We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and will work closely with attorneys and operational team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least one-year of office experience.

Bilingual Spanish is a must.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Must be punctual, be a team player with a desire to professionally develop.

Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Receptionist duties will include handling inquiries, answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.

Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrivals at reception and directing the flow of deliveries to the office/to their intended recipient.

Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing.

Assist with translations for non English speaking clients.

Must be well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work.

Conduct screening interviews for potential new clients.

Gather information from clients to assist attorneys with discovery responses.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to detail.

Assist attorneys and staff within office administrative tasks.

Follow company policies, procedures, and directives.

This position is full-time, and salary is commensurate with experience.
