Bankruptcy Creditor Attorney - Santa Ana, California, United States

California law firm is seeking a bankruptcy creditor attorney to conduct work as a full-time employee. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in creditor bankruptcy and collection work on behalf of banks and other financial institutions. Bankruptcy experience is a must!

Qualified candidate will be handling cases from beginning to end; including investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, argument, statements, and settlements.

Qualifications:
• JD from accredited law school and license to practice in the State of California required.
• Capable of working independently and as a team member
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• Ability to review depositions and other documents.
• Ability to manage high volume practice.
