Boutique plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking a litigation associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience. We are seeking a creative and hard-working attorney.
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions and conducting oral arguments before the court.
Candidates must be organized and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process such as court systems and their attendant rules, procedures, and protocols. Candidates must demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving and analytical skills and have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments, and possess excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills and must have excellent research skills. The candidate must be highly motivated and enjoy interaction with clients.
