Beverly Hills Plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm is seeking to hire an associate attorney with at least 2-3 years of litigation experience. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work with the lead attorney/business owner, have the support from staff and fellow associates, where you can advance your skills and continue to grow in your career.
Personal injury experience is required. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly organized, respectful, motivated, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to multi-task.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations; conducting oral arguments before the court, negotiating cases, and communicating with clients.
Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of the litigation process and their attendant rules, procedures, and protocols. Candidates must demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving and analytical skills and have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments.
This is a full-time position available immediately. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a team player and someone who has a passion for helping clients. We exclusively represent Plaintiffs in personal injury cases and are looking for someone who is a Plaintiff's attorney at heart and is not afraid to fight to get our clients the compensation they deserve.
