Real estate litigation firm looking for Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience, preferably in litigation. Experience in civil discovery, case management, and law and motion a plus. Must be a team player and self-sufficient. Looking for someone who does not require heavy supervision and can handle a basic case load. We represent clients on a variety of matters, including real estate litigation, evictions, and probate matters.
Job includes preparing lawsuits, drafting motions and related documents, drafting discovery requests and responses, court appearances, attending depositions and mediations, and trial prep work.
