Data Entry
Setup New Assignments
Close Out Assignments
Email Management
Proofreading Reports
Create Invoices
Internet Searches
Calendar Management
Stenography
Take a recorded statement on the phone
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree.
Stable Work History.
Curious, Vigilant, and Observant.
Highly Motivated and a Self-starter.
Clear Written and Verbal Communication.
Spanish fluency a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office helpful.
Attention to Detail
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime.
