WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Villa Marin is currently looking for a Full-Time Timekeeper/Data Entry Administrative Clerk, who will help and support the Health Services Administrator and Director of Nursing. They will perform a wide variety of complex tasks to support the administrative and operational functions in the Health Center. Assignments involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of Health Center operations and regulations.


SCHEDULE:
Full-Time - Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Shifts may also include some holidays as needed



WHAT TO BRING:
High school diploma or equivalent. Requires minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in an office environment or related experience. Able to operate general office equipment. Organizational skills to be able to work independently and determine priorities. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing courteously and promptly with residents and/or families under sometimes trying conditions. Patience and understanding of the elderly. Flexibility to change, reset priorities as needs may dictate. Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, Time/Attendance and Payroll software... Aptitude to develop use of advanced computer applications (e.g. Power Point, Print Shop, Access etc.).


WHAT WE OFFER:
Rate of Pay – $25 - $28 per hour. along with a sign-on-bonus awarded at 90-days and 6-months, following successful employment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services, including TB testing and fingerprint clearance required by Community Care Licensing through the State of California Department of Justice background check bureau. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and/or possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required. Required to maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to staff and residents.
