We are Borel Eye Doctors; a well-established San Mateo Optometry practice, seek a friendly, dependable professional who has exceptional people skills and fantastic customer service skills to join our team.
Summary: Assists doctors by: completing visual testing of patients on our machines (will train if needed), assist our current front desk leaders with front desk functions by: completing customer transactions, reviewing insurance coverage, while providing all patients with top-quality customer service.
Technical tests performed on all patients include; auto refraction, visual field testing of depth perception, lensometer readings on patient eyewear, Optos retinal scans and Optovue OCT digital ophthalmic diagnostic imaging on an average of 20 patients per day. Will train the right candidate.
What are the hours / benefits?
Schedule is a 40-hour work week: M, T, F 9:30am to 6:00pm, Thursdays 10:30 to 7:00pm, and Saturdays 8:30am to 3:30pm. Days off Wednesdays and Sundays. This is a set schedule, so any school classes will need to work around these shifts.

Salary range is $21-$24 per hour to start.
