WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) is responsible for a wide variety of manual duties related to carrying out individualized patient care. You will provide and assist with the activities of daily living to include but not limited to; bathing, personal hygiene, oral care, grooming, nutrition and mobility. You should provide excellent patient care to the patients in the PCU and SNF at Villa Marin.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Rate of pay – $25.35 per-hour (includes stipend for professional licenses/certificates). We also offer shift differentials ($0.40-$1.10), along with a $1300 Sign-On-Bonus.
SCHEDULE:
Part-Time, Every Saturday & Sunday 7:30am – 4:00pm
Shifts may include evenings and some holidays as needed
WHAT TO BRING:
Patience and understanding of the aged, tact and courtesy in dealing with residents. Verbal communication skills to communicate professionally and respectfully with residents and staff in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Previous RNA and SNF experience preferred. Must hold current California Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certificate and Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA) along with current CPR.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required to maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to staff and residents. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements regulated by the California Department of Social Services, including TB testing and fingerprint clearances required by California DSS/CCL. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing sufficient to perform the tasks required.
