Live in caregiver taking care of 6 developmentally disabled adults in a home setting at Level 3 Adult Residential Facility. Tasks include meal prep, light housekeeping, assisting residents with hygiene with self administration of residents medication. Weekday work hours are typically 6AM-8:45 and 2:15-10PM. All residents attend day programs and are away from the home Monday-Friday from 8:45-2:15. Saturdays work hours are 6AM-8:30AM and 4:30-10PM. Sundays work hours are 6AM-10AM and 6PM-10PM. Live in caregiver would spend 6 nights at facility with one weekday off including the option to spend one night away from the facility. All residents are high functioning and ambulatory. All residents sleep from 10AM-6AM (or longer). No training is necessary. Must be kind, patient, compassionate and dependable. Must pass fingerprint screening.
