WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Full-Time RN practices as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act, Title XXII and OBRA Regulations. This position will provide professional nursing care such as medication administration and therapeutic treatments to the residents and subsequent back-up documentation as required. Offer direction and assistance to unit staff as needed.
SCHEDULE & WHAT WE OFFER:
7:00am – 3:30pm, 4 days on/2 days off (Day Shift). Shifts will include weekends and some holidays
Rate of pay – $42-$46 per hour based on applicant license, including stipends for professional licenses/certificates ($.85 – $1.35) and may include shift differentials ($.40 – $1.10). Along with a$1300 sign-on-bonus.

WHAT TO BRING:
Broad based knowledge of nursing practices. Skill in dealing with geriatric patients and chronic care needs. Knowledge of medical care equipment and its use and operation. Current California licensure as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of one year experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred, but new grads welcomed
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet health assessment requirements as regulated by the California Department of Social Services. TB testing and fingerprint clearance required by California DSS/CCL. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and/or possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
