Seeking Full-Time Dental Assistant for Private Practice in the Financial District
What you will do
- Chairside assisting (dental implants experience a plus)
- Take & manage digital x-rays (Patterson Imaging experience a plus)
- Regular sterilization of instruments
- Prepare & break down of operatories
- Digital scanning (Invisalign & iTero experience a plus)
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness & organization
- Know and work toward set practice goals
- Assist others with their workload as time permits
Who you are
- Friendly and caring individual who puts the patient first and starts every day with a smile
- Self-starter who is detail-oriented and not afraid of learning every day
- Great at working with others, feeding off direction and able to bring innovation to the table
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with team within a fast-paced environment
- Optimal time management skills, able to think on the fly and multitask across communication platforms
- Proficient in practice management software programs (Dentrix a plus), Patterson Imaging, general office management software and more
- Strong intuition and understanding about patient and doctor interactions
- Previous dental office experience a must
