Ideal candidate is:
A mature, well established professional with at least 3-5 years experience with a viable clientele following.
Must be proficient in your own self-promotions, advertising and marketing.
Great work ethic, confident, friendly, out-going and exhibits positive energy!
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Dependable, confident, clean and organized.
Demonstrates healthy and effective communication skills and is respectful of others.
Must have ALL credentials, certifications, permits, licensing and insurance (liability and property) current with copies for display.
Room rent/sublease includes utilities, internet/wifi, in-suite cameras in common areas, linen storage, office storage, retail space in front lobby, break-room access and alarm protection.
Potential (serious) candidates must agree to a credit check and cover the costs of such.
