We are looking for a Certified Massage Therapist who can work full time or part time hours. Currently we are fully booked every day and most days we are turning away clients. Massages are done between 10am-7:30pm. We are open 7 days a week. Hours for these days can be flexible (you can choose to work mornings, evenings or a mid-day shift). For example: some therapists work 1-7:30pm; others work 10am-4pm, etc. Everyone in our office gets along really well with each other. We have a great team and are looking for another 1 or 2 therapists who will fit right in. Our 11 massage rooms are very spacious and easy to work in. We can offer refined training in certain modalities and prefer that you do have some sort of specialty training (ie: prenatal, hot stone, cupping, etc.). Deep Tissue massage is a must as we have many athletic clients who require a good amount of pressure. Please email if you are interested in applying for the position.
Current shifts needed: 3+ days a week with weekends required.
Pay is $43-48/hour (hourly + commission)
Breakdown Example of Pay Structure: 60 Minute Deep Tissue
$23.25 ($15.50/hour x 1 hr of massage + 15 min before and 15 min after of clocked in time)
+ $20 commission for 60 min Deep Tissue
= $43.25 before tips (a 20% tip would bump you to $57)
**Could add an extra $5 if you added cupping totaling $48.25 before tips for a 60 min session.
**Additional pay = + tips (usually 20%) + sick pay + 401k matching once eligible

The first half of the interview is with Nichelle, our manager (should take approx. 45-60 minutes). This portion of the interview is a sit down interview to go over scenario questions that we have and answer any questions that you have. This is designed to help determine if this is the right fit for both the potential therapist and the business.
If the manager decides that you are a great fit for our team, there will be a 60 minute massage practical with our business owner immediately following the discussion with the manager.
