We are a very busy Massage & Acupuncture office. We have 11 treatment rooms in Roseville. This position will be busy with plenty of clients to check in/out and lots of laundry to swap & fold. If you are not looking for a moderately fast paced environment, this is not the position for you.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn a new scheduling system (Mindbody & Unified Practice) and who works well with others, is a team player and is happy to assist clients with their needs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, friendly personality, confident voice and great work ethic. We are also looking for someone who is a quick learner, tech savvy and is okay with there being a large learning curve for this position. There is a lot to learn to be able to answer client’s questions about massage, acupuncture and esthetics.
Main Duties:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments for clients
Assisting clients with what type of massage/which therapist would be the best fit for them
Appointment confirmation texts
Checking out clients, taking payments, selling gift certificates
Laundry!! We run two washers & dryers all day to keep up on the laundry we go through as a busy clinic. Massage therapists help with folding if they have gaps in their schedule.
Cleaning floors nightly (if doing a closing shift), dusting and wiping down surfaces as needed.
Watering plants
Swapping out the water jug in the reception area (bottom refill)
Restocking bathrooms & reception area
Inputting client info into our database
Current shifts needed: (33-38 hours/week) **These shifts will likely change frequently over the next several months before settling into a consistent schedule. We need someone who is flexible with their schedule.
Sundays: 2:30pm-8pm closing shift
Mondays & Tuesdays: 2:30pm-8pm closing shift
Thursdays & Fridays 9:30am-3pm opening shift
Saturdays 9:30am-3pm or 5pm opening shift
There may be some flexibility with some of these hours so please still reach out if it doesn’t fit 100% so we can discuss possible adjustments.
Pay is starting at $16.50/hour + commissions for running the infrared sauna. Pay can be up to $21.50/hour with sauna commission. Additional benefits include:
