Work independently from a prime location
Are you a beauty professional looking for a private studio to service your clients or provide 1:1 training sessions from? Look no further. Our cozy little studio inside WeHo Salon Republic hosts an array of independent beauty pro's. Our work space is immaculate and best of all safe, with front desk staff on site at all times and mall security. You will have the code to access our building + studio each time you work.

Short term: 8hr Access
This means you can rent daily, without being tied to a monthly contract. You will need to bring your supplies to/from the studio each time you work as you would not be a permanent artist. You will not be able to store any equipment, product or tools overnight at the studio.
• 1 day for $75 or $60 for 6hr rental
• 2 days for $120
• 3 days for $180
• 4 days unavailable for short-term rental
* If you'd like to rent a full 24hr day short-term, it is $20 more.
Long term: 24hr Weekly access | 2 Month lease
This means you will have exclusive 24hr access to the studio on the day(s) you work. No one else will have access to the suite on days you rent. You will be able to store some of your supplies at the studio overnight instead of having to bring them to/from home each day. Your work days are YOURS completely each week.
• 1 day for $60 (8 hr rental only, 2 day minimum required for 24hr rental) or $50 for 5hr rental
• 2 days for $100
• 3 days for $160
• 4 days for $200
Please note that you would still be held responsible for paying your share of weekly rent if you decide to take any of your days off due to being sick or on vacation.
Parking
We offer free 90min parking with validation for clients, with rates being $2 every 15min after. The most clients will ever typically pay is $4-$6. As for your own parking, you too, will receive free 90min parking validation with the same additional hourly rates and will at most pay $24 for all day parking (depending on how long of a work day you have). You can also purchase a monthly parking pass or have someone drop you off to save some money on parking.

Access to the room will be through lockbox so we may not even need to meet. I accept payment through Venmo or Zelle only.
If you choose to rent our suite short-term, payment will be due upfront for all the days you'd like to reserve, otherwise, payment will be due the last day you work by 10pm latest.
