The Shop in Downtown San Rafael is hiring Stylists and / or Barbers. We've been in San Rafael since 2016 and have built a large base of fun and generous clients. Stylists new to our Shop share in that clientele immediately, so there's no need to bring a full book, you'll be busy from the start.
We offer:
- Pay that rewards your productivity, but also has a minimum base of $20 / hour. (Actual rates range from about $22/hour to $37/hour, before tips and benefits)

We look for:
- Skills in multiple types of cutting (color skills are a plus)
- Positive attitudes
- Ability to work in a team
You must have a valid California Cosmetology or Barber license (or both).
We have full time hours available, but will consider part time as well.
