Hi! I have a suite inside the Bello Salon Suites in Sacramento, CA. It’s a single suite, so you would be working alone with your clients. I keep it clean and neat, so you can come in and take care of your clients in a lovely environment.
The building provides:
-Coffee machine w/ endless varieties of beverages. Clients love it.
-Fruity bubble water, regular water and that GOOD ice.
-Towel and drapes
I provide:
-snacks for clients
-a clean, organized, beautiful space
-all shampoo and styling backbar
-Tiered commission scale for retail
-Class once a month
-Clear communication
-Kevin Murphy and Epres products for retail sale
As a tenant, I see you as a customer. You will never be asked to do any work. You know what I mean. The main thing expected is, leave it how you found it. Rent is $70/day.
